Cancellations:

Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled so please know this before checking out the items in your cart. Thanks!

Exchanges/Returns:

There are no exchanges as each piece is made on demand for the customer. We only accept returns in the case that items arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once your order has been shipped out. No refunds will be given.

Refunds:

There are no refunds unless product arrives damaged. We will ask that you kindly return the item(s) you want a refund for. Make sure that you use the return label included with your order, otherwise you will be charged for return shipping. IMPORTANT: Please have photos for proof ready. In the event that there is no photo proof, we cannot approve your refund request. We do not offer refund options for any other reason. If you want to request a refund, you have 30 days maximum to do so.

Repair Services:

However, we do offer a repair service free of charge. Each order is packaged with a free return label. DO NOT lose or misplace this label. In the case that you do, you will be held responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please, be advised, international buyers will have to cover return shipping since we cannot provide a return label!

Each return label that is included with your order is valid for 90 days maximum. After 90 days, the label is void and you will be held responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Please be advised, since every item is made by hand. As such, the nature of handmade items may include imperfections.
