I ordered my item. When can I expect it?

*Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed to adhere to our state's stay at home order* 

Our products are made on demand unless stated otherwise. This means that orders are fulfilled as they are requested; there is no stock for any of the earrings listed. You should expect your order to be fulfilled within a week! Shipping days are every Wednesday and Saturday. If needed, use the contact form and we'll be glad to answer any questions/concerns.

What are your earrings made of?

The earring posts/closures we use are hypoallergenic-friendly (nickel free). Tried and tested! The earring back is made from rubber!

What are your refunds/exchange policies?

There are no refunds unless product arrives damaged. There are no exchanges as each piece is created on demand per customer. However, we can repair it if you send it back to us! You can use the return label included in your order shipment to return for repair free of charge. If you lose this return label, you will be charged shipping costs. You have 90 days max to return for repair and 30 days max to ask for a refund if product arrives damaged. If you want to request a refund or repair for broken jewelry please use the contact form or reach out to us via our social media accounts!

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

So you've been gifted a gift card, awesome! It's simple and easy. Simply fill up your cart: the total, including shipping, must be less or equal to the amount of the gift certificate. When you're ready to check out, simply write the letters and numbers code given to you to redeem the gift certificate. The gift card is good for ONE year from the date of purchase.
